Job Summary: Assist the Manager and team members to manage Mitigation & Investigation system and performance. Plan, coordinate, and implement Mitigation & Investigation measures to safeguard against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure by performing the following duties.
Key responsibilities & authorities:
Work under the leading of Assistant Mitigation & Investigation Manager and Factory Management team, cooperate with all department and Mitigation & Investigation department to ensure security operations at all sites and offices are functioning at consistently high standards system and perform to the requirements of the contracts in place:
- Maintain Control Room infrastructure, including all procedural documents, digital recording and working practices.
- Program, issue and monitor, set up, security system, CCTV cameras to meet operational needs.
- Ensure all relevant licenses are current; monitor and apply for amendments as necessary.
- Work with professional technical support to undertake CCTV Camera Data, other Security system Protection Impact Assessments for the new CCTV, security system and subsequently update accordingly.
- Ensure that procedures are in place for the effective and sequential monitoring / control of all the cameras and achieve the maximum possible visual monitoring of all screens for the purpose of detecting incidents.
- Create and oversee an Incident Log, renewing it as and when necessary.
- Ensure continued functionality of equipment and system.
- Ensure that the confidentiality system and data.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Education: College/University (preferred). Professional Certificate trained in the field of Security or police forces or system management.
- At least 02 years of working in the position of the same section supervisor/assistant manager of foreign corporations or trade centers, factories or have been working at professional security companies in commander position.
- Experience in manage and control security systems.
- Understand related Vietnamese law, security system & method existing on market for further proposal
- Experience in investigation
- Essential Desirable Experience & Knowledge Experience: working with security systems. Have knowledge and understanding of local community safety related issues. Intermediate level of verbal English communication and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent observation. Understand the importance of confidentiality.
- Able to deal with a range of people in a professional and courteous manner.
