JOB SUMMARY
This position will cover for metrology task in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of all measurement method, measuring procedure, measuring result, and report within metrology Lab. To be worked closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction, measurement method alignment, new measuring technology and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Measurement methods define, verify, align, and released. Measurement SOP, WI written, and review.
- Good at CMM and VMM programming. Good at GD&T (Form, size, orientation, location), components drawing interpreted.
- Teamwork with PRC, USS, and internal customer to discuss about measurement method, GD&T Timely and accurately.
- Proficient with using kinds of office software (Word, Excel, CAD, team center)
- Metrology measurement equipment capability analysis (MSA) Machine fixture and spare parts forecast and purchase.
- Technical training for technician (Measurement method, drawing review)
- Be able to us other equipment (profile, roughness, hand gage)
Education:
Mechanical engineering, material science
Experience:
3 years related experience
Knowledge:
- Metrology Techniques including basic 2D drawing review, GD&T.
- Proficiency in data statistical (MSA, SPC, FMEA). Good at English, team work.
- Capable to develop and drive team members to achieve results.
- Good at communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
