Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Coordinates the production troubleshooting and changeover new models
  • Lead team to maintenance and repair the fixture/machine to ensure in good condition
  • Manage, training and develop a team of technician

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the ME team and provide technical support to production department.
  • Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up.
  • Trouble shooting with related department.
  • Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency.
  • Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control.
  • Make the plan of equipment maintenance.
  • Follow up the new model fixture set up.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.

Experience

  • 6 years or above working experience of production engineering or Maintenance. 

Knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills.
  • Perfect in using MS office and familiar with auto CAD (3D) software.
  • Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge about LEAN six sigma is a plus.

  • Know the business strategies and expectation.
  • Self-independent.
  • Strong leadership.
