Job Description

Implement shift change over to capture all information from previous shift. Conduct the shift meeting to cascade valuable information to team
1. Receive the plan from the Supervisor, perform the checking, prepare 4M for the line to run meet the target according to the plan with the standard HC number according to the product.
2. Resolve conflicts in the shift, perform well in pass down information from supervisor and companies down to the operator, understand the issues and explain to the operator clearly in line.
3. Train new operators, multi skills old operator in line to meet the requirements for running line smoothly, not create the defects on the line.
4. Maintain good discipline according to company processes and regulations, ensure stable human resources for the line.
5. Implement control of materials and scrap, not to lose materials in the line.
6. Perform well the escalation when there is a problem with the machine, ensuring the line is not stopped.
7. Understand the process, double-check the WI, check card to work with other departments to correct the wrong points, inappropriate points.
8. Tightly grasp the layout to ensure materials, WIP are clearly distinguished IN-OUT, do not mix up.
9. Detect unbalances in the line, work with supervisor to improve the line for better balance.
10. Implement Pitch walk to detect all nonconformities on the line and take action accordingly
11. Do hourly output checking to make sure every hour to achieve the UPH and do escalation if any impactions

Job Requirement

  • High school or above education
  • At least 2 years manufacturing experience with same role
  •  Have knowledge about basic lean manufacturing: line balance, bottle neck, 8 waste , 5S
  • Good communication, coordination, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Good delegation task for operators
  • Conflict solving skills
  • Training skills for new operators /operators
  • Well know about excel, word and related Microsoft office
