Job Description

Position summary:

knowledge about measure plastic sample & die casting sample & clear measure method and process with the ability to provide technical support to engineering teams and suppliers, help to train new engineers, and keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for providing exactly result measure, support to the ENG'G, tooling team, others team as an expert in troubleshooting measuring for sample.
knowledge to use OMM/CMM/Caliper/Others of measure equipment/machine and existing plastic sample.
Attend to solve measure method issues and to resolve in an efficient and expeditious manner.
Comprehensive knowledge of 2D drawing
CMM programming and machining
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Learn/maintain new systems
Any other tasks as assigned by Tooling manager

Job Requirement

Diploma Mechanical
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing company
Good experience in broad range of measuring plastic sample in plastic injection molding and Die casting molding.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good at English and have Chinese as possible
Fast worker with sense of urgency
