Job Description

Job Summary:

In line with our expansion in Vietnam, TTI is setting up a Communications team in Ho Chi Minh City, which is responsible for raising TTI’s reputation and enhancing our communications with internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, we are seeking a motivated person to assist us in driving new initiatives to build up a robust communication platform in Vietnam. The Executive will have an exciting opportunity to be part of the above plan to develop a modern, responsive, and engaging presence through various communication channels that reflect TTI’s unique culture and market preeminence.

Responsibilities:

1. Internal Communications:

Support define, implement & follow up IC strategy and plan to ensure all communication messaging, processes and tools are consistent throughout various channels that are being utilized
Draft, compose IC materials (i.e newsletter, event communications, annoucements, info sharing..) in alignment with corporate narratives and brand guideline
Translate, update and archive corporate collaterals, such as annual reports, ESG/ sustainability report, corporate presentation, video scripts and fact sheet etc.

2. Social media channels:

Content creation & posting in alignment with approved direction & timeline on company’s owned social media channels
Manage, monitor & report on performance of posts
Keep track of social media trends & initiatives for continous improvement in planning & execution of these platforms

3. Corporate Social Responsibiliy

Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to support the company’s corporate social responsilbility programs
Keep track of latest CSR/ESG trends and initiatives of our competitors
Research & create partner pools, mainly focus on NGO/NPO, local authorities (Ministries, Departments of relevant matter)
Assist in organizing corporate & CSR events in alignment with internal teams and external vendors

4. Branding Projects Support & Others:

Support Factory Decoration and Factory Tours for University students
Other Branding project assistance requested by Brand & Design team in Vietnam & Headquarter
Support ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in Language, Journalism, International Relations, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, social media content creation/management and/or CSR
Good command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
Competent in MS Office; Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools and Adobe Creative software would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
Attention to details
A team player & work well in multinational environment
Passionate to learn about the industry and the company’s products
