• Working with business line managers, HR recruitment team and search firms whenever necessary to execute hiring requirement for business with all levels and other recruitment events;
• Be good at compensation analysis and provide competitive C&B packages to attract and retain staff.
• Manages the process of employee counseling, performance management, business integrity issues and the separation of individuals from the company.
• Provides leadership in driving critical HR programs/project initiated by Group HR team, especially in building up quality resources of the organization and a high-performance culture.
• With the support of Learning & Development team, drives training and development activities that ensure the company retain and develop employees to the mutual benefit of the individual and the company. Establishes a learning environment.
• Monitors the implementation of HR policies and practices in business departments. Tracks key HR metrics. Work with department heads to take improvement actions whenever needed.
• Works closely with both the group HR & Admin team and the functional heads/managers to make sure desired HR support are delivered. Focuses efforts on the achievement of functional/company goals.
• Builds business partnership with both HR associates and business departments to allow for knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices and leveraging ideas and resources.
• In all the above, works in tandem with Group HR team to ensure overall directions are aligned.
Education
College and above with major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, English etc.
Experience
Familiar with manufactory industry and served professional team in previous job

- Good at English & Chinese (a plus) written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Helpful and friendly demeanor. Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Be able to relocate to District 9 (HCMC) from 2024
