Job Description

1. Main duty:
• Oversee and develop brands standardized and localize according to style guidelines across multiple product and brands.

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements; plan concepts and Illustrate concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for brand illustrations.
• Manage projects making designs signages, branding posts in Facility Signage, Training Marketing Material, company information pack and other projects include Uniforms, helmets, videos, stationery, Photography and video execution.
• Ensures finished projects align with customer and project requirements before brand leaves department for printing, delivery, and/or distribution.
• Maintains portfolio of exemplary work samples.
• Attends design consultation meetings for unusual or large-scale projects.
• Develop briefs that align with the brand and to execute compelling marketing deliverables.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in developing creative concepts within established brand identity guidelines.
• Research market trends in the competitive environment.
• Experience managing and producing signage.
• Extensive print and digital knowledge and managing suppliers to set and maintain high quality standards

• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of web design including UX, video editing and visual graphic production.

Job Requirement

2. Requirements:
A. Background:
• A marketing/communications, or graphic design background.
• 6-8 years in design and identity including print.
• Good understanding of trends in design and branding as well as a keen interest to learn about related products and industry.
• Supervise assignments with an internal creative services team to ensure the quality of works.
• Experience in event management.
• Good leadership and communication skills and sound visual organization.
• Ability to pay attention to detail, and to work under pressure and tight time constraints.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
B. Skill:
• Must: Photoshop, Acrobat, Indesign, Illustrator, Powerpoint, XD, Powerpoint
• Basic: Word, Excel
• Not must: Advanced (not required): Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premier Pro, Platforms, Mac OS / Windows
