Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

- This category covers all aspects of facility management, project design reviews, construction project management, and all equipment utilities. Responsibilities of these positions include programmatic administration, coordination and management of projects, budgetary oversight, facilities management, and leadership of programs and services. Functions may include specialized architectural, engineering, site, and construction services; building code analysis; project scheduling, estimating, and management; and support of operations and maintenance.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage facility team

- Management and operation, repair-related facility.

- Coordinative with another department.

Providing electrical, pneumatical, information technology, water, and waste system to related departments.
Make the plan for facility renovation, improvement, modification, or maintenance.
Troubleshooting facility system.
Control the consumption of electricity, water, and facility maintenance service.
Make sure that cover all program 5s and plant tours, observation.

Job Requirement

Education

College or above, major in an electrical or mechanical special relative facility.

Experience

03-05 years or above working experience in facility system (air compressor, HVAC, FF, plumping, Waste water treatment, civil, CCTV....

Knowledge

Industry manufacturing knowledge, facility and utility.

Skills

Teamwork.
Communication & organization skills.
Fluent in reading and written English, good spoken English is preferred.
