Job Requirement

Responsibilities: Each LDP staff will handle job based on your main major and interest in of 04 functions as below:

1/ Automation: The Automation LDP serves as a liaison between New Technology Development and Operations. The Automation / Mechatronic is responsible to lead the design, development and delivery of automatic equipment, integration system to support production strategy and production roadmap. This position facilitates the modernization initiatives with Process Engineering and Manufacturing teams to successfully launch new products, new processes on time and on budget.

2/ Advanced Quality-Test: The Quality-Test LDP is responsible for reliability equipment & fixture of Milwaukee product, who will work with cross function teams to ensure all facilities infrastructure testing follows test matrix/plan and work instruction.

The goal is to ensure the condition of equipment & fixture are robust, reliable and smoothly operation.

3/ Production: The Production LDP will lead a team in TTI VN ’s  factory, be responsible for delivery, output,efficiency, cost, 5S and scrap reduction efforts; work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for quality, manufacturing improvement and cost reduction.

4/ Preventive Maintenance: The Production LDP is responsible to maintain good machines condition & operation efficiency; coordinate with Production/ QA/ global engineering teams, vendors in equipment-related topics to ensure the development of equipment in production and technical knowledge in PM team. He/she is in charge in some Improvement projects which enhance Maintenance system.


Selection Criteria

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or related majors; Automation/Robotics; Industrial Engineering, Industrial Managemen
  • GPA minimum of 2.7/4 or 7/10
  • Good English communication skills (IELST 6.0 or equivalent)
  • Good analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage pressure and change
  • Project management experience is a big plus.
  • Softwares: Solidwork/ AutoCAD/ NX/ PLC,…)

  • Round 3: Assessment Day (Estimate: 17/10/2023).
  • Round 4: Final Interview with Head of Department (Estimate: 23-27/10/2023)
