Responsibilities
- Responsible for the launch of new or transfer products in VN facilities.
- Handle prototyping, testing, evaluation, and release of products to mass production.
- Collaborate with expert team to analyze and resolve technical issues occurred during the verification.
- Work with supplier to ensure materials, components are delivered with proper control on quality.
- Coordinate multiple parties (planning, quality, purchase, supplier…) to ensure adhereance to project milestones.
- Update product documents (drawings, BOM, specs, test report…) and follow up for review and approval.
- Handle engineering change process (ECR, ECN, ECO).
Selection Criteria
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or related majors.
- GPA minimum of 7/10 or equivalent
- Good analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn quickly, manage pressure and changes
- Good English communication skills (IELST 6.0 or equivalent)
