Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This position has an active role in ER Specialist in TTI VN. The primary role of this position are: taking care employees, Engagement activities, support newcomers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Communication - Follow up & communicate info to all employees through emails and posts to Notice boards. - Popularize important news, provide info to employees when needed.

2. Employee Engagement Activities: organize Team Building/Outing/Picnic Trip (if any), Activities on holiday: International Women's Day, VN Women's Day, Motivation Event, Birthday Party, CSR Activities, Year End/New Year Party, Year-service award (if any)...

3. Canteen - Management: Supervise meal service at canteen, ensure best service in term of quality, quantity and hygiene. - Payment: Control meal order/meal cost from all depts

4. Inventory (Uniform, Name badge/Access Card, Strap/Clip card): Plan annual quantity, get approval from BU & work with Sourcing & Finance for order & payment & Delivery process.

5. Discipline - Disciplinary Handling: Resolve all violation cases base on TTI Regulations.

Job Requirement

Education
Degree/Diploma of HR or Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
Experience
3 years of experinence at HR Generel/ ER field
Knowledge
- Knowledge of local employment legislations.

- Good use of English
Functional Skills
- Deadline focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritized and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate standards to other employees.

- Dynamic, patient, Enthusiastic.
