Job Description

This role will contribute to the success of our CRM objectives & data projects. He/ She would be responsible in delivering actionable insights by conducting analytics with customer database & be the catalyst of new data projects in Asia markets in order to drive customer-centric business strategies.

  • Conduct customer data analytics and generate reports based on online and offline data to create/refine customer personas, understand customer behaviour and journeys, and draw actionable insights for 9+ regions in Asia
  • Manage and optimize data attributes and audience rules to enrich customer profile, enhance segmentation and help deliver a personalised experience
  • Drive and execute the implementation of dynamic content mechanism on various channels
  • Identify improvements to data capture and utilization
  • Work closely with technical teams on data source setup, data flow development/monitoring, data field creation, CRM solution enhancement, bug fixes and UAT
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement

Academic & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Studies is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics is preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerBI and/or any similar solutions is an advantage
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, tagging, behaviour tracking, data layer, CRM and/or CDP is an advantage


  • Logical and analytical mindset to determine and implement workflow, data rules and audience logic
  • Proactive, independent, fast-learning and attentive to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to effectively interact and build a rapport with business users and technical teams
  • Proficient in both of spoken and written English
