General Description

Turn-over rate

  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to turnover and compliance with employment laws and regulation
  • Work with related functions and prepare reports of data results related to turnover; present, explain findings and propose solutions/ enhance control methods to provide timely support for BUs

Headcount management

  • Reconcile existing headcounts vs budget
  • Work with related functions and prepares reports of data results related to headcount management; present, explain findings and propose solutions/ enhance control methods to provide timely support for BUs

Market-data collection

  • Closely monitor the market trends and constantly improve the effectiveness of the C&B practice
  • Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance
  • Identify and recommend reasonable short and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
  • Guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes

Job Requirement

Experience: as a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor or similar role

Education: Bachelor

English: Fluent

Strong analytical, problem-solving, presenting and independently working skills

Thorough understanding of Labour Laws and HR policies

Proficient with related Microsoft Office software
