Job Description

  1. Lead one project team during new product development, commit with customer requirement.
  2. Manage team members in Vietnam
  3. Manage team’s daily work include product design, engineering document build and approval.
  4. Manage project and update status to top management.
  5. Regular communication and correspondences with customer, achieve project progress.
  6. Coach team member and problem solving in electronic appliance knowledge.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree.
  2. At least 8 years’ related working experience on new product development in small appliance field.
  3. Good understanding of new product development process.
  4. Good understanding of international safety standards and agency approvals on small appliances.
  5. Understanding of Vacuum Cleaner is an advantage.
  6. Good understanding of plastic molds.
  7. Good project management skills.
  8. Better communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Excellent English ability in listening, speaking and writing.
