KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Control production dept and meet KPI of company
- Control headcounts with DPS plan
- Control Efficiency with KPI of production
- Control backlog, WIP MRB, Job Close, PDG
- Problem solving deal to production
2. Do the thing right first
3. Maintain all things what we are created
4. Coordinate with cooperator to solve problem happening
Education
Mechanical Engineer/ Industrial electronic or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 04 years' experience for Manufacturing company
Knowledge
