Job Description

1. Job Purpose: We believe exceptional people drives exceptional results. We recruit fresh graduates from Top university joining the Leadership Development Program (LDP) by providing comprehensive mentoring, training and development. Participants are taking a vast array of assignment from accounting and operation finance, work with different projects with all functions in different factories. This provide you all the support and guidance to accelerate your career, to be a future leader in TTI Finance team.
2. Main duty:
- Post and process to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company. accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.

Job Requirement

3. Requirements:
- Fresh graduation from Vietnam or oversea university.
- Major in accounting or finance. Business majors who has in interested in accounting/operation finance will also consider.
- Fluent in English communication
- Willing to learn and work with different projects by different times and different locations.
- Good communication & presentation skill
- Accept to work under pressure

- Working time: From 07h:30 – 16h:00, Mon to Fri, there are shuttle bus from HCMC and Bien Hoa to factory.
