- Handle all Facility operation and maintenance to ensure system running properly
- Responsible for all new facility/factory project setup, renovation, relocation to meet business at BU
- Work closely to all Dept heads for problem solving issues caused by Facility system
- Coordinates the organization, staffing, and operation activities for assigned maintenance and operations programs; directs, coordinates and reviews the work plan for assigned maintenance and operations services and activities; assigns work activities and projects; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
- Ensuring facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- To manage and work closely with service providers/Suppliers with a view to achieve the highest level of support services in the most cost-effective manner.
- Performing proper record and documentation for all management systems.
- Build budget & manage/control facility budgets and ensuring spending/cost-effectiveness (for Project & Facility Operation).
- Other tasks assigned by Dept heads & BU Head
- Prepared and ensure proper docs for internal/external Audit
- Report and others
- University or above, major in electrical
- 03 years or above working experience in facility or engineer
- Prefer Industry manufacturing knowledge.
- Project management, supplier's management
- English communication
- Communication skill, time management, presentation
